5. Official residence means any house rent by entities entitled to stay in official residences as prescribed on this Law over the duration in which they’re on responsibility. 8. Housing building undertaking means all planned items of labor which are designed to make use of capital to build new housing, or technical and/or social infrastructural works for residential use, or to renovate or restore housing in a certain location. 3. 17. Lease buy settlement means an agreement, whereby the lessee pays an option price of 20% of a house, except the lessee is ready to pay an option payment more than 20% but not exceeding 50% of the home; the remaining cost shall be considered as the monthly rent over a certain duration; the lessee shall acquire the possession of such house if he/she pays off the total amount when the lease buy settlement expires. 2. If for an individual has a set-time period homeownership as prescribed in Clause 1 Article 123 in this Law, he/she may exercise the rights prescribed in Clause 1 of this text over the homeownership interval, unless in any other case agreed among the many parties; when the contractual time period expires, the house which is underneath management of the homeowner have to be returned to the initial homeowner. 3. If the homeowner is a foreign group or individual, he/she shall have the rights prescribed in Article 161 of this Law. This has been created with the help of Công ty xây dựng.
10. Renovating, expanding, demolishing the houses underneath agreements on housing lease, lease purchase, lending, permission for keep, or authorization of housing administration without the consent of the homeowner. This Law applies to organizations, households or individuals associated to possession, growth, management, use, and transactions in housing and state administration of housing in Vietnam. Use the house for residential purposes and different functions not prohibited by rules of law. This Law stipulates possession, growth, management, and use of housing; housing-related transactions; state management of housing in Vietnam. Any family or individual is entitled to have residence via funding in housing construction, buy, lease, lease buy, receipt of present, receipt of inheritance, receipt of capital contribution, alternate, borrowing, keep, or authorization for housing management and other transactions prescribed in laws of legislation. 2. 12.
