5. Official residence means any house rent by entities entitled to live in official residences as prescribed on this Law over the duration wherein they are on responsibility. 8. This Law applies to organizations, households or people related to possession, improvement, administration, use, and transactions in housing and state administration of housing in Vietnam. This Law stipulates ownership, improvement, management, and use of housing; housing-associated transactions; state administration of housing in Vietnam. 12.
