5. Official residence means any home rent by entities entitled to reside in official residences as prescribed in this Law over the duration in which they are on duty. 8. 17. Lease buy agreement means an agreement, whereby the lessee pays an option payment of 20% of a home, except the lessee is ready to pay an option price greater than 20% however not exceeding 50% of the home; the remaining fee shall be thought of as the monthly rent over a certain duration; the lessee shall purchase the ownership of such house if he/she pays off the full quantity when the lease purchase settlement expires. 2.
